One week down!!

So tomorrow will be my first week in Invisalign and must say it has been a long week with all the life adjustments with food and cleaning habits but I can definately see myself getting use to the new routine.

All my fears and apprehension has now gone and I am looking forward to the next year and a half and the good thing is that my two front teeth will basically be straight by November so that's my first goal.

Trays are still a bit hard to get out but Im sure its just because of the weird shape my two front teeth are but Im getting more confident and I dont feel like crying whenever its time to take them out. Must say I am dreading having the attachments on as I have heard that these make things harder when removing them. Will wait and see.

Looking forward to next Thursday so that I can change to my tray No. 2! Then I will only have 36 to go on the top!

    Well done luvmekids. I promise you it does get easier, you'll get used to the changes to food habits. cleaning and getting them in and out becomes 2nd nature after a while. It prob is just the angle of the front two causing the problems for you just now....it'll be sorted in no time. Seeing or feeling the changes - even being able to floss where it was hard before is really satisfying.
