Adjustments

Yesterday, July 29 2010 was my fourth adjusmtent. I was looking forward to my appointment 'cause I wanted to see what part of my treatment came next. I was expecting rubber bands at this appointment because after reading so many blogs and posts it seemed as if this was the time to get them, but I didn't. I had a powerchain on my lower six fron teeth and it was taken off at this appointment. My ortho checked my x-rays from my prior visit and said my roots looked healthy. It's always good to know ...

Yesterday was my first adjusment. It went great; all my ortho did was change my upper and lower wire. I was expecting to have some pain this morning, but I didn't. I don't feel much discomfort at all. I even forget that I had an adjustment. I wonder if this is normal. I mean, is it okay not to feel any type of discomfort after an adjustment? If everything is okay, well then I guess I could say I am very lucky! :-)
