Today is my one year anniversary. I can't believe that I am half way done already.... 12 months down 12 more months to go. The journey of having braces so far has been so worth it to me. I am not done yet, but I have not regretted my decision yet nor I think I will.

For everyone out there still debating if they should pay all that money or not to get braces, I say go for it and do it now. Why wait? Think about this way...the sooner you start the sooner you will finish. Before I had my braces I used to be embarrased to smile, now that I have my braces I smile all the time. Braces are an investment for us and no one else. I used to think I would be embarrased to have a metal mouth, but I don't. There is nothing to be embarrased about...it is more embarrasing to have ugly teeth. A lot of Ortho's have payment plans so I say GO FOR IT!
