well I had a braces related dream last night:

So I got my braces off and got a temporary retainer. So far so good. I got home and took out the retainer and my 2 front teeth had a gap between them (I never had a gap between those 2 teeth). But that was just the beginning.

Then one of my front teeth fell out.

Then after that part of the dream I woke up.

Well I realised that I had a consult a couple years back... oh well, don't remember when. But I was about 11 years old... (seems like a long time ago, lol)

Anyways, here was what the ortho was thinking what my treatment plan was going to be... (I may not get it completely right but, I don't remember it well, whatever)

- Uppers on first (uppers on for 6 months...)
- Then lowers on for 18 months...

Compare that to what the other ortho...

I have made it to the 20 month mark. So about 5 months to go, let's hope they fly by!



That rotated tooth is getting better. Still a little rotated feeling, but better than before my last appointment!

Well I have great news:
- The gap made up its mind and closed!
- The ortho said the uppers look great and did nothing to them! =D
- There is only one thing that needed to be done: That is the bend in the lower wire to bring that tooth forward and de-rotate
- Seems like I won't need elastics! I hear that they are a pain and I don't need them! YES!
- The lower teeth hurt but the uppers don't! ^_^
- Now the treatment is all about bending the wire!...

T_T Why is there a gap between my teeth? I was right that the z bend would make a gap! Wow! How did I know... Here are some pictures, NO PROGRESS T_T Hope they will close that gap up or I will cry! No! This is BAD!
