20 Months Pictures ^_^

Posted 09-26-2008 at 09:17 PM by mariahfromchicago
I have made it to the 20 month mark. So about 5 months to go, let's hope they fly by!

That rotated tooth is getting better. Still a little rotated feeling, but better than before my last appointment!

Good but I have a little concern about the "triangle shaped gaps" between the front teeth, I looked at after pictures and mine don't look like that? Is that normal? I'm not worried, just wondering.

Your bite is awesome ... I can't wait to get close to that ... it will be a huge celebration!

Good luck with the rotating tooth finishing it's move!

Where are the triangular shaped gaps between your front teeth? Do you mean the ones near your bite surface? If you do, remember that this is mostly to do with the shape of your teeth and that over years, your teeth do wear, and much of that shape will disappear. I still have some small shapes at the bite edge at 50 years of age, but mostly they've been worn off. My problem is the triangular gaps near my gums ... resulting from when I had minor gum disease from not flossing and gum recession.

Here's to your bite continuing to look so amazing!

Thanks Sunny! We'll all be celebrating when you get to that point Still working on it (the rotating tooth), worst case scenario is that the uppers get removed and lowers stay on for spring break I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Yes, I did mean the ones near the bite surface. Thanks again!

That was happening to my two front teeth. My orthdontist at my last appoinmen wore down the enamel so the teeth would begin to touch regullary.

I'll look into seeing if this can be done because I don't really like it and would much rather have the 2 teeth touch regularly
