So my first follow up is the 13th June since I had my braces put on, I went for the clear ceramic braces. My ortho never really explained what would happen on my second visit? Feeling a bit scared as some of my teeth are still so sensitive, I am even scared to still chew, no pain only the feeling that my teeth are not still feeling normal. Can someone explain what the 2nd visit would be all about? My fitting was done on May 3rd?

So turned 33 and now I have my braces. Had them put on the 3rd May, so it's been a few days and it's the most uncomfortable feeling. No pain just a few cuts and bruises in my mouth, biting or chewing anything is also just not possible. Through all this discomfort though I am still happy and excited about this whole journey. At my brace fitting I opted for the ceramics and am glad that I did even though they cost about R4000 more here in SA. I will soon post some pics of the before cause the aftershocks ...
