So we are no on aligner 4...

Went to my orthodontist on monday to get my teeth slimmed again so there can be spaces for teeth to move... let me tell ya... flossing has never been this easy... My dentist used to not be able to floss my teeth they were so crowded now there is space between my teeth nice hahaha

I had to replace another attachment... It didn't fall off but when it was made it apparently had an air pocket in it and the stress from removing the attachments made the air pocket pop and food was getting stuck inside the attachment... I kept it that way for about 2 weeks since the attachment was still doing its job and the food wasnt touching the tooth

So now I have had 5 attachments replaced (1 was replaced twice, so 4 teeth affected) I swear I have the worst luck with them

But none have cracked or fallen off with set 4 which is now becoming loose on my teeth already and the pressure is going away... I had a lot of painw ith this set but only because it was changed in the morning at the orthodontist rather than changing it at night like I normally do

And Ive also learned how to make sure the retainers dont get stained and nasty smelling which is great because I dont have to be self conscious about that
