I've had braces for about a month now. I haven't had the pleasure of having them tightened yet, but I'm not looking forward to it. Some days my mouth is just really sore. Any tips on how to avoid this? I generally don't mind the braces. I got cool colors, and they don't look bad on me. I just wish they felt okay.
