YAY I never thought I would ever see the double digit month appear but it is almost upon me and I am just as pleased as punch then my orhto looks at me and says well now we are going to put powerchains on all of your teeth because it is time to close some of those spaces and gaps you have. GREAT I say until after the assistant puts them on (in a really cute color of course) and then the pain kicks in... and I mean some SERIOUS pain. I had to take out the heavy duty pain killers and still they aren't really doing anything. I am in so much pain I am considering a shot of burbon to take the edge off. All for the joy of straight teeth. I digress go and pop another 600 mg Motrin and keep my life moving. Hope all is well with all of you other brace-faced kiddies.

Until next time (probably not so long)

Fantastic that the powerchains are working their magick on your teeth Michelle. It can take a few days to get used of the discomfort they may cause, but you will adjust and you'll also see some great changes.

    Good luck with your progress!

Powerchains can be tough, as I learned recently as well. The pain went on for almost a week after I had them put on, but now I don't have any pain. It worked though, the gaps got smaller. Good luck!

Thanks guys I hope so but today wasn't as bad as the last two but it's interesting because I am already looking at seeing some of the noticeable spaces going away. I am really excited to see what six weeks of this will do.
