I'm 2 days into tray #10 Woo Hoo one more tray and I'm half-way done!! I had my 6-week check-up yesterday and my dentist commended me on what a great job I'm doing with wearing the aligners. My teeth are moving on schedule and I'm fitting into each new aligner with no problem.

I am finally noticing some movement. I've noticed that the large spaces in between my teeth have gotten smaller; and the 3 IPRs that I had done at my last visit are closing up already! ...

Hello all, I just felt like blogging on this nice and sunny NJ day!

I am just finishing up week 6 of Invisalign...That's 3 months!! WOW! The time is starting to fly by. In the beginning it seems like the two weeks that I was in one set of aligners went by sooo sllllooow. I was dying to be able to change into a new set. Now, I'm like...."Time to change aligners already??" Wow! LOL

Onto other news, I'm still not seeing any major changes, but I ...

I experienced my first cracked tray yesterday. The good thing is, it was time for me to start a new set of trays last night, but now I'm a little nervous about this and future trays cracking.

Everything's coming along well. I am still not able to really see any progress, but I've had 2 people tell me that my teeth look "different".

I had my first 3-month cleaning since I've had Invisalign and the hygienist said that my gums and teeth look great and to ...

I received my second set of 3 pairs of aligners yesterday. I also had a very small IPR (space made in between teeth) done which literally took no more than 60 seconds and NO pain at all. Nice!

I asked to see my Clin-Check to see when I would start to see major progress in the movement of my teeth. It looks like that won't be until tray 10, 16, and beyond. It looks like most of the major movement will take place from the middle of treatment through the end.

I actually switched into the second set last night before bed, umm....OUCH!! This set is a lot tighter than I remember the first set being. With the first set, I had some pressure for the first hour or so of having them in and some when I took them out, for the first couple of days. With this second set, I am 12+ hours in and it feels like my teeth are about to fall out. However, the pain is bareable and at least I know the aligners are working to move the teeth.
