I received my second set of 3 pairs of aligners yesterday. I also had a very small IPR (space made in between teeth) done which literally took no more than 60 seconds and NO pain at all. Nice!

I asked to see my Clin-Check to see when I would start to see major progress in the movement of my teeth. It looks like that won't be until tray 10, 16, and beyond. It looks like most of the major movement will take place from the middle of treatment through the end.

That was good to see and it really renewed my motivation to stay disciplined with wearing my trays. I will admit, I get a little less disciplined towards the end of the two week wear of the trays.

My dentist said that not wearing the trays properly will show up towards the end of treatment. I want to be done as soon as possible, and hopefully avoid any refinements. So, although I don't see any major progress right now, I'm looking at the 1st half of this treatment as laying the "ground work" for the way that my teeth will beautifully align towards the middle and end of treatment, and I'm not going to do anything to jeopardize that. Keeping my eye on the prize!! :-)
