I got my first invisalign trays on Friday finally!

My first thoughts are that it's not too bad so far. There is a bit of pain when putting them in / taking them out. Also a slight bit of pain while eating. Not sure if my family would agree with this statement, but I believe that I am not one to complain about something until it has become a big deal. Well, at least not to a medical professional anyway. This, I believe, has not worked in my favour when it comes to TMJ. I did not see a dentist about it until I reached the point where I could no longer chew any real food. I think it really hit home when I struggled to chew a banana - that sure made life tough, but it convinced me to finally go and see ...
