Well i went for another adjustment today. ya fizzer! my bottom front left teeth were very tender today. Had colour change to blue and spacers put in back molars top and bottom just starting to feel the tightness now. Next appointment next week.

How you guys getting on?
Did yous all manage to eat your xmas and new year dinners ..?..

    Great your adjustment was a good one!

    All meals over the festive season when well. As usual ate way to much, but I had a fantastic time with my kids ... and my dog seemed to enjoy another plane ride and he and my daughter's dog had a great festive time together.

    Good luck with your appointment next week!

    Thanks sunny. Today they are aching quite a bit and the feeling of not biting down on anything is back with a vengance. soft food again this week me thinks...
    isnt that sweet at least your dog had some company of his own. Cool.

    Wow you have a lot of appointments in a row! I hope it all continues well The holidays were fine - a few more bathroom trips for teeth checks but otherwise normal
