Hello peeps! Today is my 8th day in braces! I've yet to experience pain and my teeth are still a little loose. I haven't noticed any movement yet. I went to target today to buy some more floss and I came across some floss for braces! it is tad bit expensive. I dont know if anybody has mentioned it on here already but it is called Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Threader Floss.

Hello Everyone! so today is my forth day in braces and so far its going well. My teeth are sore and a little loose. I tried to eat a wrap I couldn't chew because my teeth are loose. Weird feeling! So I just had soup instead. Compared to the first day I had a chicken wrap and ate that without a problem. However, I am not in pain . Can anyone answer when the pain will make its grand appearance? lol I am scared its gonna happen while I am at work this week.

Hellllo everyone! So I got my braces put on today! Feels weird and I feel some pressure! BUTT a bracket already popped off and of course it popped off after the office closed. I was just talking to my neighbor and I felt it come off! UGH! I'll give them a call first thing tomorrow morning. The wire keeps poking my cheek where the bracket was originally. Other than that I am feeling ok. I ate a wrap and noticed how quickly the food gets stuck in the braces lol. So I did some flossing. That is going ...

I get my damon braces tomorrow afternoon for my top teeth! I am extremely nervous! I definitely am going to enjoy flossing tonight. Fingers crossed they will work on my teeth quick! I have butterflies in my stomach and I keep looking in the mirror and staring at my teeth lol. I go back in two weeks for my bottom metal braces. I am worried about the pain and I have the lowest tolerance for it but if I went through four wisdom teeth extractions. I guess I can pull through with these braces!

Hello!

So I went for my ortho. consultation today and it went great. I got great news better than I expected. I am a candidate for the Damon Braces. Her estimated time frame is 12-18 months but she felt that within a year I would get them removed. I scheduled to get them on top first Aug. 2! thats next week! The sooner the better! My wedding will be in October 2013

I do not need extractions either thank goodness! I got my wisdom teeth removed a couple months ago. ...
