I had an adjustment yesterday. Ortho says the bite looks great so he told me stop wearing the elastics for now as he wants to see if the bite holds in place. Other than that, just a couple minor adjustments; wearing a power chain on top an a power chain on bottom. It must be my imagination but this adjustment has been a breeze - no sensitivity / nothing. I hope it's the same from now on .

    Forgot to add that my next adjustment is in 4 weeks, on July 20.

    I just posted pictures (taken by ortho's office) from when I did the mold back in April 2009. Unfortunately because I am techonologically challenged, I cannot seem to take photos of my own to show the progress to date.

    Sounds nice!! I haven't had a painful adjustment in several months. I got my braces back in April 2009 as well. But my appointment on the 29th of this month will be a painful one. I'm going into my last wire change, which will be the heaviest gauge steel wires on both top and bottom, and a new powerchain. I'm dreading it, but excited at the same time.

    It's great to have painfree adjustments, as you know your teeth are working without whinging!
