Need Advice

Hello!! I've been wearing my braces for almost 6 weeks now and i never thought i would ever get use to them but i'm happy to say i'm adjusting to life with them. I'm suppose to have 4 teeth extracted but this has not been done as yet. I however noticed this morning that my lower canines which were a bit protruded from the rest of my teeth have moved and are now more in line with the others. Hi, it's my 3rd day wearing braces. I've always been hesitant to put braces in but i finally decided to do it. Grant you, i'm 25 years old, but i'm approaching 30 and "age 30 will be my age 20" I'm a bit baffled with one thing, my orthodontist said that i will have to extract 4 teeth (first molars) however he put the braces on. Is it normal for the braces to go on first then extract????? He gave me a timeline of 27-30 months. I hope it doesn't go over this time. Additionally, does the ...
