Hi all! I just wanted to update and document my first adjustment since having my braces put on on Jan 4th. I went to the ortho for my apt yesterday and was in there for less than 15 minutes.

So, I have now had my Damon Clear braces for exactly 5 weeks. Throughout the last month I have had very brief moments of VERY minor aching in a few isolated teeth. Eating with braces is like riding a bike. It took a few days, but now I barely think about them when I'm eating. So, regardless of varying opinions from friends and family about whether I should start treatment so soon or without getting multiple doctor's opinions or treatment options...I trusted my gut and started my treatment on the 4th, last Wed.
