My debonds has been pushed back due to one little tooth (my bottom left lateral incisor). In my last adjustment she had that one tooth raised a little and is now in the process of getting to where it needs to be . I got my powerchains (top) replaced as well as the bottom with new wires. She also changed my patterns in wearing my elastics to verticals (canine to canine) on both sides to close down my bite. I will post pics so the idea of what I just said would make more sense lol. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't getting my braces removed today but I know I would've been even MORE disappointed if they were removed & I weren't completely happy with my results. So my countdown is back on again...

Congrats! You are close to the end of your journey. I wish I was you and I only had a few weeks left with my braces. I actually just got them on two months ago, so it will be a while. I hope time flies and that I will be in your place soon counting the weeks to get them off.

Frustrating, but best to have the job completely sorted for you as your teeth are looking so amazing!

Here's to the next three weeks passing quickly for you!

Thanks for the comments guys! Ever since I got back from my adjustment yesterday, my teeth/gums are SORE!!! I know that this also means progress but ouch!!! I hope the pain subsides because it hurts to eat/chew (sorta reminds of my first week in braces )

Hopefully this means your final tweaking is taking place!

I'm in the exact same boat - instead of a debanding I get newly sore teeth. We'll make it!
