i am now wearing my 15th trays. these were PRETTY painful trays...i've had to take tylenol 3 times since i put them on last night. but boy did these trays seem ages away when i started. however, i dont think i'm as delighted as i'd like to be right now. both my upper 15+ and lower 15+ are over-correction trays* and my teeth really dont look done. of course my teeth are a lot straighter than before but they definitely can use more work.

these are the problems i have:
1. my midlines dont match...the top shift more to the left than the bottoms
2. my lower left lateral tooth (which i had ipr done on does not mesh with the rest of the teeth)
3. my upper right lateral tooth is not as straight as the left lateral tooth...
the next 2 problems are because of the shape of my teeth
4. all my teeth seem to be different shapes and sizes...???
5. the staining is REALLY annoying

** i dont know if many people can relate to this...
i feel like my orthodontist doesnt really spend enough time with invisalign patients maybe because its just giving trays and checking if everything is okay...but i feel like braces patients spend a lot more time addressing concerns with their orthodontist. also, i dont want appointments this far apart (8 weeks) if it means that the trays aren't exactly doing their job?
i paid almost six grand for invisalign and it included refinements. i really hope my ortho listens to my concerns...last time i mentioned some of the stuff i was unhappy with he just told me it's because some of my teeth are bigger than the others and nothing can be done about it. i really hope that refinements can at least make my teeth look more aligned?

my next appointment is on nov. 24th...i'll keep you guys posted.
