So here I am about one month in after getting my braces on. I have to say it has gone by pretty quickly and I hope the rest of my treatment goes by this way. I must admit I am still self conscious about my braces, especially when I have to laugh or talk to strangers. They make me look much younger than I am, and since I already had a young appearance, I feel like I look like I am in high school. On a positive note, it has definitely helped me control my eating portions and I feel much healthier. ...
