Today I went to my ortho and had 12 attachments put on. 6 on top and 6 on the bottom. It really wasn't that bad, no pain or anything like that. I am struggling now with getting them off. I'm sure it will get easier with time. The ortho has instructed me to continue wearing my first trays for one more week. They feel A LOT tighter than before, so now I am kind of glad to wear them for another week. It makes me feel like they are really doing what they are suppose to when they are tight like this and I can actually feel pressure, I had lost that feeling after the first week. I will post again once I start my second tray. I do not have another appt. until April, they gave me 3 sets of trays to hold me over.
