Receiving Trays on Tuesday!!!

I can't even begin to explain how excited I am! Tuesday February 2nd I go to the ortho for my first set of trays. It seems like I have been waiting for an eternity. I actually only had my impressions done 3 weeks ago, so it was a fast turn around to say the least! My appt. is in the middle of the day. I am not sure if I should plan to come back to work afterwords or not...any suggestions?

    Stacy good luck on getting your treatment started very soon!

    My advice ... return to your usual life straight away. Don't baby yourself, as you're doing something that millions of people do every day. Kids return to school after getting braces ... why shouldn't adults.

    If you feel the need, have some over the counter pain meds with you. Also keep well hydrated ... and have some wax, in case you didn't find the rough spots while you were at your ortho's.
