My ortho admitted at the start that my teeth where going to be a long and difficult case, due to missing teeth, impacted teeth, bite problems and that my teeth have healthy long roots. I think he's disappointed that it's going so slow, and at times I feel the same. The best is when I compare pics like above and can see the changes in a more obvious way.
