July 1st. I just got fitted with these spacers yesterday, they commented on how tight my teeth are and it might be 'a little painful'. I've hardly eaten since yesterday, I have to take Ibruprofen every few hours, and i'm in so much pain. All of my teeth on the top row are tender, can't wait to get these out of my teeth.
