hey everyone sorry i haven't been on in a couple of days but today marks my 2 weeks with my braces!! YAYY!! lol just a billion more to go. Today I went to my ortho and they said they would put the bottom braces and the top ones in another 2 weeks. The process didnt hurt except since my teeth are pretty crowded, it hurt when he pushed the bracket back. I got navy blue and I like the color.
So today I got my spacers, and they hurt very, very, very badly. They also put in my expander, which they needed to file in between my teeth. The expander didnt hurt, its just really uncomfortable and annoying. I need to have it on for 2-4 months. But I'm ready to take it out already! I haven't had anything today except a smoothie from McDonalds and some green tea ice cream. Brackets have been on for a month, and teeth were pulled 3 weeks ago. Seriously cannot wait until Wednesday to get my official wires on and tightened. My teeth have been hitting each other constantly. I have been accidentally hitting my chin on things and consequently hitting my top teeth feeling like I knocked them loose. At night, I can't sleep because I am clenching my teeth together, resulting in sore front teeth because my 1st pre molars prevented this which are no longer there.
Not a ton of new stuff to say, as I've only been here a day LOL, but I did want to have a blog entry to my name so I could feel truly accomplished!
