Just literally got back from a week on holiday with my friends. I was very good, no fruit juices or too much alcohol Of course I was bearing in mind my surgery (which had been moved to 4th of August due to a cancer case) and how I need to be healthy for it. top jaw is too small and I have to get surgery soon to break my top jaw in half, its called SARPE which stands for Surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion. i have my expander and braces in right now, they have been on for 4 days, but there aint wires on the top until after surgery Just wondering if anyone has been through the same thing, and if they could tell me their experience thankyouuuuuuuuu

Hi guys ! Just been having a good old think about if i defo want to go through with the jaw surgery and i am . Its gonna be tough but if i can get the fixed appliance on for 18 months and go through the painful process of adjustments and having to cope then i am more than willing to get it done Just want to know if any of yous have had the sugery yet or are going for it?
