Just put my second tray in after dinner tonight. So far it feels alright but when I first put it in it felt super tight, almost like my teeth would break. For some reason Invisalign makes me feel like my teeth are glass, well at least the first couple of days while your teeth are first adjusting into the aligners. Regardless I'm super happy and I've been keeping up with it well but then again I've only made it two weeks. I've kept them in for every day for the recommended 22 hours and if not I kept them in longer. I haven't really changed my eater, I do eat less often but when I do eat, I just eat a lot more. I can't tell if it is bad or good yet, haha. Overall, I don't feel awkward, I'll brush my teeth anywhere I seem to be proud of it. I think I'm going to make a list of all the places I brush my teeth. Then at the end of the 17 months I'm sure I'll get a good laugh out of it. I don't go back to the orthodontist till September. He gave me the first five trays and then for the sixth and probably some more I need to go back. I'm excited, I've noticed little changes but nothing dramatic obviously. First looking at this second tray I could see a difference from the first but when I put it in, I could obviously tell it was one step closer to straighter teeth. Also the first couple days of my first aligners I got a couple canker sores and my bottom inside lip felt pretty raw, idk if that is normal but it is basically better now and this tray doesn't seem to bother it so hopefully my mouth has toughen up and I won't have to deal with that awkward pain anymore. Gah, I can't believe I'm really doing this right now. On tray 2 out of 35. A long way to go but before the last two weeks I wasn't even close. I can't even imagine having straight teeth. It will guaranteed be the best moment of my life. I've waited so long for this moment, it is unreal. Just the thought of it makes my eyes well up. Dreams come true if you work hard enough.

Well I couldn't be more excited about this journey and I'm so happy in my investment into Invisalign. Hope everyone else is enjoying it as much as me.

I only change my eating habits when my teeth are super sore after an adjustment! Other than that I usually eat whatever I want. I have had Invisalign too so I know what it's like to experience the soreness when you change trays! I liked changing trays though because that means my teeth are moving :)

Even when my teeth were sore, I still managed to eat a lot. It is just hard for me to hold off on eating until I can't take my aligners out. But after that I sure do indulge, haha.
