Its my second day with the trays, semi getting used to them. The bottom tray doesn't bother me much at all the top one makes me gag.

Sleeping with these on is really an adjustment, I'm a clencher and I can't clench with the trays. I guess its good for me but I miss sound sleep. I'll go back today to get the button that fell off replaced. IT's the tooth that will have the most movement throughout so I'm sure I need to get it replaced ASAP!

Yea, I have been having the clenching problem at night as well. Do you drink caffeine? I have noticed some decrease in clenching since I decreased my caffeine intake. I have regular braces, so I am not sure if this will help you or not, but I had to sleep with some gauze in my bite to prevent clenching for a week or two.

I do drink coffee, but its only one cup a day. I went back to get my button replaced and they gave me this dry mouth spray so I can spray my mouth in the middle of the night until I get used to sleeping with the trays on. I'm getting used to the trays during the day but I still wake up in the middle of the night thinking "what the heck is in my mouth?" ha ha. Hopefully it will become second nature soon.

I have noticed that I getting used to my brackets little by little. At work the other day, I actually had to think about it, and realized my lips are no longer feeling like I have to cover something extra in my mouth.
