Saw the clincheck on Saturday, looks great, he mentioned the result wont be as good as the actual computer graphic - says it never is and he might have to finish me off with tracks if I'm not happy (wee bit gutted about that).

Says I've LOADS of filing down to be done to create the space - scared stiff coz I've never even had a filling, hope it doesn't hurt!

I never counted up the number of aligners i'm due to get - it looked quite a lot...well to me anyways. The end result looks like it'll be nice.

Not getting started till mid/end January now, good that I'll be able to eat my crimbo dinner but bad coz I'm desperate to get going now.

    Great that you're happy with your Clincheck Weeevin. Having traditional bracket braces to obtain a 'better than' good result is often necessary after invisalign. Many patients do choose to settle for a 'less than' good result and sign a waiver to complete treatment without traditional bracket braces ... but you don't need to think about that decision for a while yet.

    Shaving - IPR - is usually painfree, fast and a great way to make small amounts of space and it means that teeth don't need to be removed.
