Forgetful idiot

How annoyed am I with myself ?! I've left my bottom tray (retainer) at work in a glass of water on my desk - gross eh?! Anyways tomorrow when I get it back can see it being sore to go back in - this is the longest it's ever been out from . about 3pm this afternoon to 9am tomorrow. Kinda worried my teeth are going to go back to how there were keeping it out one night overnight. booooohoooooo

    It's ok, got them back now - and not painful at all to go back in, phew! wee teeth must be happy with their new position.
