Weeeyin

Well today's ortho appointment was an odd one. I thought i'd get the bottom tray off and be fitted with a retainer....but no. Today i was told to take the last tray (13) and only wear it 12 hours overnight - he checked it and said it's lasting well and is nice and clean so just to stick with that for now. I got the front attachment shaved off tho (no pain at all) as it gets on my nerves, the back attachment will just hold the tray in place. All in all that was a wee bit dissapointing......

However I was given 6 top trays away to do me until after my holidays. Cool! The difference in tray 19 to tray 25 is unreal - I'll try take some photos tonight and get them posted. Must try find tray one and compare. If all goes will i've only 9 weeks/ trays still to go, how fab! Ta ta for now folks.
