Hi all, Hope you're all having a nice weekend. I still havent decided what to do about refinments for my gaps, but today I'm in a great upbeat mood again and I'm thinking i'll just leave the gaps coz i'm not keen on the tracks idea leading up to Christmas, a while to decide anyway.

I thought I'd post a before and a now smile pic, I'm delighted with how the front looks, I've not got the trays in as I was out partying with my friends and would be drinking all night (oh how naughty) but as I've been wearing the tray 18 days I didnt think it'd matter as its my final tray anyway - was a bit uncomfy to go in for the first hour or so but I did have it out about 16 hours as I fell asleep when i got home in a state....not proud of myself teehee.

    aww your teeth look awesome! i dont see the gap that you are talking about AT ALL. i cant wait till i am done as well

    The gaps are not at the front, they're at the molars at the back, its not how it looks thats bothering me, its the trapped food everytime I eat, and if its anything crunchy like crusty bread it goes up the gaps, jags the gums and makes them bleed....thats whats annoying really. Maybe the gums will toughen up over time, a whole month to think about the next step. have a good week everyone and thanks for the kind comments x

    i alsso left mine out on saturday night and i had a little ache but nothing much that i noticed i cant even remember putting them back in lol but i did!!!!!!
