Good luck with this - just started my trays 2 weeks ago and they're actually quite comfortable (save for the first 1 or 2 days of each new tray).
Thanks guys and girlies. Happy New Year to all. Its going to be a long week waiting, I'm just finishing off the sticky toffees and all the tasty things I usually nibble all day on at work, roll on the enforced diet next week.
