Hi All, I'm back to the calm rational person I should be. Saw mr ortho today and am happy with what was discussed today. Gap at the front is going to close apparently, i've just to wait and watch - he knows what he's doing, he's decided today to go back to 1 week per tray at the top for a few weeks - show me he's right, he said the top is progressing great.

To wear the bottom tray for another week or so then start taking it out longer and longer over the following 2 weeks, trying to get to 12 hours just overnight so when I see him in 3 weeks he's hoping I'll be ready for the retainer within the next 5 weeks. - Perfect for going on holiday. He thinks it was the roots unhappy about being out for the 6 hours - I'd only had the tray in 2 weeks before I tried it out for 6 weeks, it was maybe a bit soon.

Back to a happy bunny now - amazing what a chat sorts out eh? Had the assistant in stitches when I said I'd bite him if he went anywhere near the front with IPR strips - she knew I wasnt kidding either lol.
