10th January two thousand and nine,
I started my invisalign,
I’m really happy and it’s going very well,
Unlike some, I’ve not found my trays smell.

Little bit of pain, now and again,
My boyfriend hasn’t noticed, typical - men!
Cleaning routine I’ve got down to a tee,
Keeping hydrated is causing me to pee.

On the forum I’m keeping a log,
Eating out in public was initially a slog.
With Irn bru i’ve stained my trays,
Found best to drink it on final tray days.

OK, I have done a bit of cheating,
On nights out I just can’t give up eating,
I’m really careful to have a good clean,
Brush, floss, and mouthwash, not being mean.

Keeping track of my progress, taking lots snaps,
Not wearing a retainer may cause a relapse,
Can’t believe I’ve almost finished my course,
For advice and help this forum was my source.

For anyone just starting its not an ordeal,
Its really no problem to still go for a meal,
Remember your tub and travel stuff,
Putting trays in pockets get covered in fluff.

Surprised all this time i didn’t loose weight,
But i guess thats just my fate,
