Well thats the IPR on the bottom complete (i think going by my plan) ....it looks odd having these gaps where i never had them before but if it's for a reason i'll go with it. ( Still went and had a cry in the car afterwards coz i REEEEEEEALLY don't like IPR, I find it so painful,uncomfortable, generally a horrible experience Got a fair bit to be done on the top at the sides i'll not mind this so much I hope.......please be ok!!!

Anyways tray 3 fits well, it was a bit tight but 24 hours on it's fine and i'm looking forward to dinner tonight coz chewing is ok with this tray out.....and theres no sharp bits

The strange thing is i've been given trays 4 and 5 away with me and have to change them each WEEK so I start tray 6 on the 21st Feb. I thought this is a bit fast but it's what the plan and my ortho says, who am I to comment?! Its brilliant, it cuts me down 3 weeks, so far my 58 weeks is down to 54 - completion of trays before refinments looking like end of January 2010.

We discussed refinments yesterday and I was told I'll not be getting invisalign refinments at all due to the delay in the moulds, clincheck and trays delivered so I'm prepared for train tracks for up to 2 months....but I've insisted this will be after Christmas 2009 and if I have to wear the final trays for 4 weeks over christmas I will....lets cross that bridge when we come to it, I guess it depends on how many trays go down to 1 week only.
