Hi folks, havent posted much of a blog for a few weeks coz I've not really had anything to moan about....maybe I should do a more positive blog for once, ortho treatment really isnt that bad.

Tomorrow I have an appointment to pick up trays 12 - 15, this will be an odd one as I've only 13 trays for the bottom so I wonder what I'll do when I change to trays 14 and 15 before I see him again......I'll have to ask. I'm delighted with my bottom knashers and I've still 2 trays to go, if the top works out as well as this I'll not be needing refinments (as far as I can see, maybe Mr Ortho will have other ideas for perfection tho?!)

I'm beginning to get a wee teeny bit fed up wearing the trays all day every day for eating and coloured drinks - just cant give up the irn bru, its, in out, in out, in out (shake it all about). It's not forever I know and I've still a long way to go - another 18 top trays, I'll just get on with it and quit this whinging.

Fingers crossed for no (or very little) IPR, coz that would reeeeeeally spoil my Friday!

Anyways it's cuppa time, Caio for now
