Ouuuch whitening gel - I dont like it yet, mucho sensitive bottom teeth have appeared overnight, top is perfectly fine, bit of a nippy nippy feeling, back on to my pronamel toothpase for a while I think....white perlies will be worth it tho, I've had sensitive teeth before in the past I know it wears off eventually, maybe every alternate night might be best.

Today I picked up my 2nd attempt at a retainer, this was with the 2nd set of moulds......it STILL didnt fit, its really loose, so this time the moulds are off to the lab for another attempt, just can not work out what the problem is. Lucky I still have my final trays to wear and they're in great condition.

Whitening is going ok, dont really notice much diffence after 5 sessions of it overnight, how many should I need? Maybe this is as white as my teeth are ever going to get? Who knows?
