How much would it cost to make one retainer from scratch?

My orthodontics procedure was done overseas and I am in the US now.
My upper retainer (Hawley type) was broken and the gap on my two front teeth start to widen. I would like to know how it would cost to make one from scratch here in the USA? I am living in the Boston area.

I had to have a hawley retainer remade because my dog ate and it cost $250 for lower only... they are not cheap at all.
