Some help please, (screwed up not wearing retainers)

Okay , first of all greetings, im new to this forum.
So.. I wore braces and wow after 5 years i had the perfect teeth.. One thing that bothered me though , was that one tooth would move a lot since the first day i removed the braces. That tooth had a special ring brace cuz it would always detach. I wore retainers every night for 2 years and after that i would wear them every 1 or 2 days . Somewhere in the middle of that time i noticed that even though my front teeth were straight and nice my jaws had shifted to one side. I stopped wearing retainers ( the shift was were they stopped ) and then came adulthood. Well my wisdom teeth started coming out and my jaws somewhat got smaller (they shifted inwards ) . The upper jaw is not that much screwed , because the teeth had well settled during treatment, but the lower jaw crooked up . The tooth that would not stay still started moving behind the two near it. The same thing happened with the teeth next to the middle ones on the upper jaw. I havent wore retainers for 1 and a half year, and i dont have any wire behind teeth.
Here are some photos of my teeth as they are now. I can tell that my retainers are useless cuz the lower one is broken and the other one doesnt fit (it has a wider jaw than me lol )

So please explain if you know . Do i need to wear braces again? Is my problem easy to fix or not? How much would i pay for something like this?
Btw i had 4 teeth extracted the first time i wore braces,(could be 6 i cant recall ) . I wont have to give up more teeth ahe?
    Im 21years old
. Will be looking forward to your answers.

Please make an appointment to visit your ortho to discuss the changes that have occured. Talk to your ortho about the way that tooth kept moving, as it sounds like there may be bone loss in that area, as that tooth should have become stable with the regular use of your retainers.

Your jaw will not have gotten smaller, as this can't happen due to the bones being fused, but your teeth may have moved, so that they don't look as 'rounded' as they did when your treatment was finished. This sometimes gives the appearance of making your jaw look narrower.

Your upper teeth look good and your lowers not too bad either. Of course with just photos there's no way even an ortho could tell you a great deal, as they need to exam your mouth in detail. Ask your ortho what your options are ... for example do you need to have braces again? Maybe your problems can be fixed by wearing a hawley retainer and having it adjusted? Maybe you'd prefer invisalign? Also since you'll be paying for this treatment, you may be wise to consult with a few orthodontist's to make sure you choose the best person for you.

    Good luck!
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!

Oh! its sad. My brother used to have same problem. But now he is fine. Its better that you consult with a dentist. You can contact with my family dentist, may be he could help you.
