About to get braces off in a month, any way i can speed that up??

Im about to get my braces off in a month and right now im wearing bands. my ortho said they'll be off before school starts. is there any way i can speed up the process?? or more so, is there a way that i can make the little spaces close faster before my next appointment??

Well if your getting them off next month isnt that the time your next appointment is anyways? Say you did speed up the process and the gaps closed, you probably wouldn't get them off 1 or 2 weeks earlier. But good luck and congratulations! Just keep wearing your rubber bans and don't take them off! :)

If it's a month away anyway, what's the point of speeding it up since that's your appointment date anyway? Just wear those rubber bands 24/7 and those gaps will close, don't double up or anything since that could ruin your teeth anyway, so just be patient! I'm sure they'll be off in no time.
