All excited about my new look

It’s a year that I’m bearing these foreign objects in my mouth for beauty. Finally time has come to get them removed I have an appointment tomorrow with my dentist. I’m so excited, that no words can explain. I’m eager how I look with my set teeth. :lol:

I hope you are reading because it's going to hurt a lot. You better take some painkillers with you. Try to meditate before you go in. lol. I'm just trying to scare ya. There is no pain at all. They use those pliers and it's a breeze. Don't forget to post a picture.

Now that you are having your braces removed how long are you required to wear a retainer? Just make sure you remember to wear it. I hear so many people say they need their teeth braced again because they did not wear their retainer.

Thanks! Yeah even my dentist warned me to wear my retainers regularly or else he has to set back the metal in my mouth. Though I’m not wearing them for 2 days, as I want to enjoy my new smile

I am living proof. I am on my second pair of braces because I did not wear my retainer when I was younger. Please follow your instructions and wear your retainer.
