Is growing back teeth possible?

Is it really possible to grow back teeth or is that still in experimental stages? Has it come to the general dental practice? Some years back due to motorcycle accident I lost my right upper cutting tooth. I am using an implant but it has not been effective.

It would be a good news to me if someone can tell me that I can grow my tooth back.

Wow! Its so amazing but as in the article they only stimulate root of the teeth to grow. So I think its only possible only if you still have root of that particular tooth.

I know this isn't exactly related but I heard this 1 lady that was so old she done started growing a 3rd set of teeth. That freaked me out.
