Adult Braces

I am an adult, well, my mother may disagree but, in any event, I am thirty eight years old. I have extremely crooked teeth and would like to know what differences there might be with adult braces versus children. Do they cost any different? Are thye just as effective and take the same amount of time? Thank you.

From my understanding, The difference is time. Children teeth will move more easily than adults. My dentist ask me to be prepare for 3 years and anything less than that is a bonus.

For my cost it is around the same.

Re:Adult braces

I am an adult too and I have to get braces. My dentist said that depending on the severity, they will defininity help you. You might have to wear them longer but it is going to be worth it.
