Can I get braces again?

Hi guys, I used to have braces a few years ago, it was used to straighten my teeth and move my bottom jaw backwards.

When I recieved retainers, I wore it but got lazy and stopped. My teeth have remained straight but my bottom jaw has come forward and I have trouble eating thin food because the two jaws can no longer meet at the front because the back of my teeth are stopping it.
