Hey Tom Cruise Got Clear Braces!

I always thought that tom cruise could use braces and in a movie I was watching last night it appeared that his teeth looked much better. So I googled it and apprarently he did have braces.

This may be old news, but new to me and i think it can give people confidence in getting their teeth fixed in their adult life.

It looks like he has gone with clear ceramic braces on both uppers and lowers.. so he must of not been a candicate of the more expensive clear technologies..

Looks to me like his midline is much more centered.

I think this was in early 2002. Apparently his bite was off and this was causing him to have a cross bite. He found out about this, when he took one of his own kids for an orthodontic appointment. His treatment time was short.

Tom's midlines are off, which isn't an issue, as few people see him with a closed teeth smile, which is a relief, as it's not something most people would do naturally.

For most people, a natural smile would be either lips closed, or lips and teeth apart - a natural smile with the lips apart, but the teeth closed together would be less common.
