front two teeth gap from not wearing retainers
hello, maybe im just paranoid, or this is a big problem, well i havent really been wearing my retainers as MUCH as i should have, i sometimes and usually wore them just at night, i think its been a year, ive been wearing retainers all day for the first month i think, and from then on i think its been on only at night. ive noticed a slight gap increasing on the front two teeth, but only on the bottom, it seems like the bottom is splitting up and the top of the teeth are staying if i go to the dentist i fear i would need braces again, if i go to the dentist what would he do? i have the invisible retainers by the way

Are you still wearing the retainers at night? So presumably they do still fit? If so, you might see if a return to 24/7 wear might help at all. But really, the best thing to do is make an appointment to see your orthodontist, and do that sooner rather than later - if things are getting worse then there's no point delaying, is there? If the gaps are small, as Mariah suggested, it's possible he can sort it out without putting you back in full braces, but the longer you delay, and the worse things get, the slimmer will be your chance of that.

i still wear it at night, but the problem is that it isent tight, the model of the front two teeth match, but im not sure if it is slightly separate, if u guys know what im talking about, and if you mean full braces are u saying that i would have braces on the front two teeth only>?

No, I meant there might still be scope for correcting with retainers, although the fact that you are in trays rather than a Hawley makes this seem less likely - you cannot make adjustments to an Essix in the same way that you can a Hawley. Again though, the longer you leave this and the worse the issue becomes, the less likely it is that you can get it sorted so easily. I'd strongly urge you to call your orthodontist.
