Loose Bite Plate

I got a bite plate and upper braces last Thursday, and before I got home I realized that it was really loose and easy to wiggle around. So I turned back around and the same assistant that put on my braces adjusted it and it was perfect..for awhile. By Sunday I noticed that it was loose again, and by Monday it was so bad that I tried to adjust it myself. No matter what I did I just kept making it worse, so bad that it got to the point where it was pretty much falling out whenever I talked and impossible to eat with. So I went back to see my doctor today and after awhile he had it for the most part "fixed." But tonight it's back to where it was last night Has anyone else had this problem or is there just something wrong with mine? I can't deal with this every day...

Angry Call Them

Call them and have it fixed! Also have the darn doctor review it before leaving!!

Last week two button hooks was put on my lower jaw - inner tooth. When I had problem putting the elastics I went back 20 min later, it was discovered the two button hooks should have been put on the top jaw - inner tooth.

There are two doctor assistants one of them is more experience and very good and the other is a nightmare. I think the nightmare one pissed the other assistant causing her to make a mistake. Usually the doctor would review first before leaving. The good assistant should inform the doctor that the bad assistant is being a nightmare to the patients! Nightmare interms of unable to do simple task, can not remember simple instructions, lack of attention to patient, talk to much, etc...

Things are progressing fast. Rotated tooth fixed in one month!. Teeth in the front is almost fixed. Only the back inner molars needs to be corrected for cross bit, doctor said this will take a while to fix.
