Has anyone ever heard of going back to an ortho and recovering some money based on a botched job?

It's been 15 years, you (actually your parents) knowingly went with a treatment that would take less time (if one says 3 years, and one says 2, I would have looked for a third opinion to see who was off); and you (and your parents) by ending treatment, pretty much agreed that you were happy with the treatment, so I'm guessing you won't be able to recover anything.
Had you expressed displeasure in the treatment at the time, maybe, but 15 years later, probably not
