yes the seperators hurt WAY MORE than the braces ever did.. it gets much easier.. TRUST ME!

Spacers are the worst. But I totally agree with Stephanie really does get progressively easier. Hang in there!

Just make sure you take Advil or Tylenol regularly even if they don't hurt that bad because the minute it wears off, man oh man, does it hurt like heck!

yes! seperators HURT SOOOOOOOOO MUCH! remember to stick with it! The beautiful smile is a great reward for surviving all of the pain

Personally, while the irritatin of spacers last longer like over a week or two, getting braces tighted is so much more painful but only lasts a day.

I literally thought to myself in the dentist chair..."spacers are the worst my a$$!"

to me after the braces are tightened, they only hurt when I try to eat something.
